Join us for the exhibit show on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

Booth selection will be available first to Presenting, Diamond, and Platinum partners at the end of September. Gold partners can select their booths after the higher partner levels. Silver booths will be selected by SNA of Massachusetts unless with a broker. We’ll be using an online booth selection portal for a smooth process.

To increase your visibility, you may purchase an additional booth for $1,850 or participate at the Presenting Partner level.

Electricity is not included but is available for purchase through the online registration system on page 15 of the Partner Prospectus.

Exhibit set-up will be from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Tuesday October 13th and 9:00 am to 12:00 pm on Wednesday October 14th. Attendees will begin arriving to the space on Wednesday at 12:30 pm and will have the opportunity to visit the exhibits until 3:30 pm.

Any exhibitor wishing to ship materials to the venue ahead of time should refer to page 6 of the Partner Prospectus. Fees will apply. Please have all advanced materials shipped to the DCU Center by Tuesday, October 6th and include the following information:

Exhibitor’s registration will be open during the setup time, please check in at registration to pick up badges before setting up your booth.

Tear down can begin at 4 pm. Please stay for the duration so that all attendees have a chance to visit you. We will donate any left-over food items, so please place any unused items on top of your display table at the conclusion of the event. All equipment & exhibit materials must be completely removed from the show floor by 6:00PM on Wednesday, October 14, 2026.

If you are interested in donating a door prize for our members, please let us know during the registration process. Prizes will be awarded at the end of the conference, and you will be recognized for your contribution!
